There are two levels of delivery services available:

Standard Delivery - This means outside delivery. Outside delivery involves product in cartons placed curbside, in the driveway, near your front door or loading dock area at an apartment building. Our customers often choose this service. Tracking info will be made available upon shipment. Delivery companies are not able to store items.

Upgrades to White Glove Delivery can be made available after your order. Add your request for White Glove in the notes section or select Request White Glove Delivery Quote at checkout and we will provide a quote once we review your order and delivery location.

White Glove Delivery - Placing items within the home with unpacking, light assembly, and debris removal services included. White Glove is often included on Special Orders and in some cases at checkout depending on your location and order volume.

In the event that White Glove delivery is considered impossible upon arrival, Outside Delivery may result. If your order arrives incomplete or in any way damaged, we will work with you and the delivery service to promptly resolve the matter.

PLEASE NOTE: Any visible damage to the cartons on arrival should be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) the freight company has you sign. Failure to do so may affect the ability to replace damaged items.

Due to the customized nature of most orders, your purchase funds will be authorized only and processed after confirming details including delivery via email, sometimes with a request to review, sign, and send your invoice back to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Images online can be representative of the design but may not always be 100% accurate regarding dimensions and finishes. Please Ask A Question from any product page to confirm product details. In some cases, a product rendering in specific finish combinations is available upon request.

CancellationOrders can be canceled within 72 hours of being placed online. After the 72 hour cancellation window has passed, refunds are offered at our sole discretion.

ShippingAll items have a free standard shipping option, which often means outside delivery, unassembled in cartons. White Glove delivery including assembly and debris removal is available for all orders upon request.

ExchangesWe replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange, send us an email at info@tradesourcefurniture.com with photos of the defective or damaged item. We suggest you do not reject a delivery upon arrival without documenting photos first, return delivery fees and restocking fees directed by the manufacturer may result.

Returns In the event that you want to return your order, it must take place within 30 days of receiving, and all returns must be in the condition they arrived and in the original packaging. We will arrange for pick up, but the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking fees do not always apply, but may apply up to 25% of the purchase price. We reserve the right to refuse all return requests, however we promise to work with you based on the unique circumstance of your order to pursue a viable solution.

RefundsIf you haven’t received a refund after approval, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@tradesourcefurniture.com.
