We currently deliver to Singapore, any part of South East Asia, Australia & more. Shipping charges applies. Boarding Gate is not responsible for any tax charges that may incur from the country the products are being delivered to. Any custom duties or tax charges are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay the custom duties or tax charges will result to a forfeit of the order and we will not be refunding the order at all.

Customers may select from either DHL Express, Fedex or any other delivery courier we have that is available (For selected South East Asia Regions). Shipping fees will be calculated automatically based on the courier service selected.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be liable for.

Also, if you entrust others to receive the package on your behalf, Boarding Gate will not bear the responsibility in the case of loss or damage arising from this entrustment. However, we will do what we can on our end to verify this entrustment before handing the package over. Boarding Gate reserves the rights to fulfill/unfulfill/cancel any order(s) if the item(s) does not pass the Quality Checks done by our warehouse.

Kindly ensure that the delivery address and the receiver’s name are correct. Returns due to incorrect addresses will be charged for a new shipping fee.

Delivery to restricted addresses and locations will be treated as void shipments. If in cases where a delivery address falls within a restricted address, we will not be responsible for re-delivery requests. Please make sure that your delivery address that is stated in your order does not fall into this category of addresses and locations. Common restricted addresses include, military/naval/airforce camps/bases, airports, prisons, high security buildings, restricted government offices, embassies, off shore islands, etc.

Order Cancellation Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

Cancellations are only accepted for orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team at boarding@boardinggate.com.sg with their order number and cancellation request.

3. Refund Process

If the order is successfully canceled, any payments made will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.

In the event that the order has already been processed or shipped, customers will need to follow our return policy.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation or return, including any items that does not contain the original tags and packaging as well as items that are already on markdowns/discounts.

5. Changes to Orders

All online orders are final and will not be applicable for any changes. Changes are subject to approval and may not be guaranteed. We would usually recommend a return or an exchange of the item, if need be.

6. Unforeseen Circumstances

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to instances of pricing errors, stock availability, or fraudulent activity. Customers will be notified promptly if this occurs.

For online purchases: You can return your item(s) to us, as long as they reach us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date for local Singapore orders. We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed and unused, so long as their tags are unaltered and intact and the integrity of the packaging is unharmed. You will be issued a refund which may take up to 14 business days to process. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.For international online purchases: You can return your item(s) to us, as long as they reach us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Delivery of the returned items will be not be bared by us. Once we have received your item, we will then notify you via email and process the refund. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.
