All orders are processed to ship Monday through Friday, we do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday .

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD. All International orders are shipped with Royal Mail, DPD or your local carrier.

If your order is shipped with Parcelforce they will no longer attempt to deliver your parcel more than once. After one missed/failed delivery they will return this to the nearest pickup/collection location.

International Customers

Pro-Hormones are not responsible for products that may be banned in your country or have special requirements to clear customs. We ask that you contact your local customs office to verify if the products and sizes you are purchasing can be cleared through customs without special import permits or prescriptions.

If for any reason the package is refused by you or your country, any shipping charge or fees imposed by the shipping carrier to return your order will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Any orders abandoned by you, the shipping carrier, or your country for any reason will not be refunded. This includes lack of import permits, prescriptions, or refusal to pay duties, taxes, or broker fees by the customer (when required) or because the item is banned by your country.

Once you receive your tracking information, it can take 24 - 48 business hours for the tracking to update.

Order Processing

Orders are not processed on weekends or Public Holidays. Orders Processed on Friday before 2pm for Next Working Day Delivery will be delivered on the next working day, Monday. Extra time maybe required for larger orders, international orders, orders requiring additional customer information, or out of stock items.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the 14 days are up then we can not accept any returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

If the correct items have been sent to you but you still want to return them, then this will be at the cost of you, the customer. If we have made an error and sent out items that you have not ordered then we will pay for the return.

Please contact us before making any return, we cannot be held liable for any products returned back to us without prior notice

Please DO NOT refuse the parcel at the point of delivery, doing so is at your own risk, if this is done we cannot be held liable should the order not arrive with us, our returns address will differ from our fulfillment address therefore it is important to contact us before making any return

We cannot be held liable for any items returned to us where we have not been informed a return is incoming, or if we have not supplied the returns label.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The return for exchanges will be at the cost of the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee, no refunds will be offered, in most cases customs in your local country will destroy the order, or return the order to us, at a greater cost than the item value.
