Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to check our announcements.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.If you enter an incorrect address, contact us within 24 hours. After an order ships, we cannot make changes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or missing, contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.

International Shipping (Optional)

If you offer it:We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by country and may take 7–21 business days.Customs fees or duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist you with a replacement.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The following items can NOT be returned:

•Items showing ANY sign of wear or use including but not limited to: stains, dirt, makeup, scratches, dents, cracks, etc.

•Girdles, undergarments, compression garments, support cups, opened mouthpieces, and “Final Sale”

•Items with damaged or missing packaging, stickers, parts, accessories, or tags

•Apparel items that are decorated are not eligible for refunds or returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sportsheavenusa@gmail.com .If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at sportsheavenusa@gmail.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at sportsheavenusa@gmail.com. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
