Our standard delivery is second class within the UK. We offer this service at a cost of £5.00 and hope in the near future to bring that cost down further.. We aim to dispatch the next working day after your order has been placed. We will let you know when your books have been despatched. We only ship to UK addresses.

Returns and refunds

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase. However, in the event that you aren’t, you have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Any returns will need to be in their original packaging.

Please get in touch as soon as possible by email, at enquiries@performancebooks.co.uk, in the first instance, to arrange a return. In the case of damaged or incorrect goods, please include photographic evidence.

You will need to cover any return postage costs, unless the products have arrived damaged, or are incorrect. If you choose to return your items using regular untracked delivery, then please ensure you have proof of postage, as we can’t be held responsible for any items that go missing.

Any refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the items. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your book(s) to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@performancebooks.co.uk . If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item,. We aim to get everything right first time but if we don't we will resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsUnfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
