We reserve the right to offer a free delivery service at our discretion in Northern and Southern Ireland subject to delivery area and minimum spend. Returns/shortages Policy If a customer is in anyway dissatisfied with a purchased item we will be more than happy to replace or refund the item on receipt of returned goods (in some cases a picture taken and sent to us via email will be sufficient at our discretion) . Please notify us by email castlefarm_dundrum@hotmail.co.uk or telephone within 24 hours of purchase to guarantee reimbursement due to the perishable nature of the produce. Thank you. We require all orders to be checked by the customer on delivery (we will be happy to wait) and shortages to be notified at the time and we will be happy to refund the item or arrange to drop off at a later date if possible.
