CORE can be shipped to most countries that do not have any embargoes or sanctions, that limit deliveries.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and local bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been fulfilled.

For customer convenience, we have multiple fulfilment centres around the world to enable faster shipping for you. As far as possible, we ship orders from the most appropriate fulfilment centre based on shipping destination. However at times, we may need to fulfil orders from our headquarters in Switzerland. This may result in additional time for delivery as well as potential customs and/or import duties for which the customer will be liable. Any increase in the shipping costs will be covered by CORE.For shipping information specific to your location, please refer to our FAQs .

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Most of the shipping rates depend on your location and value of your shopping basket.

Heat suits are excluded from free shipping due to their size and weight.

Express shipping

Our German customers at the checkout have an option for express shipping, which during the week (Mon-Thu) in more than 95% of the cases guarantees next day delivery, if the order is submitted by 18:00 (CET).

Our many US customers an option for overnight delivery (at an additional cost) will be option during check-out when it is available for your location.

ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to max 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. In case of questions you can always give us a message.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Please refer to the returns and refunds policy for further details.

VAT / SALES TAX RATES

Orders from Europe are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner in Germany, and orders from the EU countries will automatically have VAT charged at the checkout.

Orders from countries outside of Switzerland and the European Union will not have VAT charged at the checkout - rather this will typically be charged on import/delivery of the order. The rate of tax are regulated by the legislation of each country along with customs fees.

Customers from PA, US will have 6% sales tax applied to their orders.

CORE offers our customers a 30-day risk-free trial period. You may return your CORE Sensor within 30 days of delivery if you are, for any reason, not satisfied with your purchase.

This policy covers purchases made exclusively on corebodytemp.com If you bought your CORE or accessories from a distributor or other vendor, please contact them for their return policy. We cannot process returns for purchases not made on corebodytemp.com

To be eligible for a return, your request should reach us within 30 days from delivery. Your CORE sensor must be undamaged and in full working condition in the original box with all accessories and any unused patches.

Return shipments must be postmarked within 10 days of the claim’s approval notification.

All sales for accessories are final.

You as the customer are responsible for return packaging, shipping costs and label.

If you decide you want to return your purchase, Please create a refund ticket via the chatbot on our homepage as indicated below.

We will send return instructions via email. You may be asked to provide additional information

We do not refund import duties (if applicable).

We do not refund any paid shipping costs.

We do not offer free return shipping (regardless of location).

Once we receive your return item(s), we inspect the package to make sure all items were returned.

After inspecting the package, we will credit your account. We can only refund your purchase using the original payment method and we will notify you once we credited your account. Please allow up to 14 days for the warehouse to process and credit your refund.

The refund amount will be equal to the original purchase price in local currency. We will not account for any exchange rate fluctuations. If you were eligible for, and received free shipping, this will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable items

Certain products sold on corebodytemp.com cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. These include, but are not limited to, all types of adhesive patches, chest and arm straps, heart rate monitors and CORE suits for heat training.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
