Shipping & TrackingDore & Rose ships orders using trusted carriers. Shipping fees and delivery estimates vary by destination and selected shipping method. Once an order ships, tracking information is provided and serves as confirmation that the order is in transit.International ShippingWe ship worldwide. International delivery times depend on destination and customs processing. Customs delays, inspections, duties, or taxes imposed by local authorities are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. These do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.Missing, Damaged, or Not ReceivedClaims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivery and require supporting documentation, including photos and order details. Packaging damage alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund if the item is intact.If tracking shows an order as “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the recipient. Customers must file a claim with the carrier and provide proof of loss. Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery are not eligible.Order Changes & CancellationsRequests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.Processing Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking confirmation constitutes proof of shipment. By placing an order with Dore & Rose, customers acknowledge and accept all shipping terms outlined in this policy.

At Dore & Rose, we want you to enjoy your sleep as much as we do. If your order isn’t quite right, whether it’s the fit, feel, or style, we’re here to help. You can return any unused sleep masks and pillowcases within 100 days, and all other Dore & Rose products within 30 days of receiving your order.

Your rest is our priority, and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Eligibility Silk Sleep masks and silk pillowcases may be returned within 100 days of delivery. All other Dore & Rose products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, complete, and in original condition and packaging. Returns showing signs of use, damage, or incompleteness may be declined.

Registration & Inspection Dore & Rose uses a Self-Service Return Portal. Buyers must provide a valid return reason and clear supporting evidence when registering a return. All returned items are inspected within 5–7 days of receipt, and customers will be notified of the outcome via email.

Costs & Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, defective, or damaged items). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be returned complete and in original condition to avoid denial. Customs-related delays are beyond our control and are not valid grounds for a return. Bundled items must be returned in full and cannot be returned individually.

Exchanges Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned complete and in original condition. Once inspected and approved, store credit will be issued via email to place a new order. Direct item-for-item exchanges are not offered.

Denials & Acceptance Dore & Rose reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy, including items that are used, incomplete, outside the return window, or sent to an unauthorized address. Denied returns may be sent back to the original sender at the customer’s expense. By placing an order with Dore & Rose, customers acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy.
