Returns from Ginger N' Cream™
Returns All returns or exchanges must be done within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return. All sale items are final sale.
If the item is returned within 7 days of receipt, a refund will be made to your original method of payment. For our local customers, it can be returned physically in store. It may take several days for the refund to reflect on your account.
If the items is returned after the 7 days, but no later than 14 days, you will be issue a store credit . Store credits do not expire.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
