Typically processing for all orders may take 10-14 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) before receiving a tracking number regardless of the shipping option selected ie. (overnight, priority, etc.). The shipping time starts when the mail carrier logs your package in their system.

Please note once a pre-order product is added to your order, your entire order will be shipped when the pre-order product is ready for shipment which is anticipated to be 4-6 weeks from date of purchase.

But, In the event that there are any issues we are unable to offer refunds. We appreciate your purchase and support but we cannot be held responsible for damages, lost, or stolen packages. You are responsible for filing a report with the carrier i.e. (USPS, UPS) or making a claim if you purchased Shipinsure.

If A Package Is Returned To Sender You Are responsible for paying for the Shipping and we will send your products back to you. If you are making an International order please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country as for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held there customs if the country prohibits the items. Additionally, we are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged by your local customs office for international packages.
