Shipping Carriers

Canadian Orders are shipped with Canada Post.

US Orders are shipped with UPS or USPS. There are no taxes or duties on US orders.

International Orders: are shipped with Canada Post or UPS.

Unlike some large retailers, we use appropriately sized boxes to prevent items from moving around during transit.

Orders totaling $150 or more qualify for Free Shipping within Canada and the United States. Simply select the Free Shipping option during the checkout process.

From December 18th: We recommend selecting Express Shipping for Christmas deliveries.

Insurance

We take great care in packaging all shipments to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us by email or phone within 3 business days of receipt. We will either replace the damaged item(s) or issue a full refund, according to your preference. All shipments are fully insured.

Christmas Returns
