We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and all major U.S. holidays to ensure our team has well-deserved time off. Thank you for understanding and supporting our female-owned small business. ♥

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.

Double-Check Your Shipping Address

Your shipping label is automatically generated from the address you enter at checkout. Please make sure everything is accurate before placing your order — if the information is entered incorrectly, we are not liable for any resulting shipping errors or delays.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is automatically emailed to you as soon as your shipping label is printed. Please check your inbox, junk, and spam folders for this email.

If the confirmation email doesn't arrive due to a technology issue outside our control, please email us at support@christinebyeresthetics.com and we'll get you that information right away.

Once your package is in the hands of the shipping provider, any delays are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Missing Item in Your Order?

Our shipping department uses a triple verification system to confirm every item before an order goes out. If you believe something is missing, please email support@christinebyeresthetics.com with:

♥ A photo of the enclosed packing slip

♥ A photo of the shipping box as it was when you opened it

Using your packing slip, our inventory count, and the shipment weight, we can verify exactly what was in your package. We reserve the right to deny missing item claims that do not pass our verification process.

Stolen or Missing Packages

We want your order to arrive safely! If your delivery location is high-risk for theft, or no one will be available to receive the package, we recommend shipping to a work address or another secure location.

Please contact us within 24 hours if your tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have your package. We also recommend checking with neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong door.

If an item was stolen from your package: Please contact the shipping provider directly and file a claim for stolen merchandise. We are not responsible for stolen items.

If the package is confirmed delivered (with date, time, and location) but is missing or stolen, we are unable to offer a refund or reship.

Lost in Transit?

If your order hasn't arrived and tracking confirms it hasn't been delivered, you are eligible for a reship 21 days from the original shipping date. This waiting period gives the carrier time to locate and deliver packages that may be delayed in the system.

Please note that we only have access to the same tracking information available to you — we are unable to pull additional details beyond what's shown in the tracking system.

Our Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered — and we're here if you don't.

30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Opened items must be at least half full to be eligible.

How to Start a Return

It's easy — just reach out and we'll take it from there!

Once approved, we'll send you a UPS return shipping label with your return address and order number included. Please note: items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Shipping & Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and please remember to include any complimentary items that came with your original order.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically take a week or two to process. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's on its way!

Return Processing Fee

💳 Refund to original payment method: A flat $8 processing fee applies, which also covers your return shipping label.

✨ Prefer store credit? Choose store credit and the $8 fee is waived entirely!

To keep offering you the personalized service and professional brands you love, we allow up to 3 returns per customer within any 365-day period.

♥ This 12-month window begins with your very first return.

♥ The limit applies to returns for refunds, store credit, or exchanges.

♥ Once the limit is reached, we'll be unable to accept further returns until your 365-day window resets.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right — we promise!

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you're after: return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like. Simple as that!
