Thank you for your order! Orders are processed and ship within 1-2 business days if you place your order Monday-Thursday, orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday.

For orders under $125 shipping is $9.99 usps flat rate for all US and FPO addresses. If you need more options please contact us at hello@happymonkeyshop.com or (786) 615-3512. Free shipping starts at $125 and excludes the above mentioned oversized items.

Oversized items such as, but not limited to, Poppie items, Banwood, Wobbel Board, Plantoys (Doll Houses, rockers), Tender Leaf & Maileg Doll Houses, Rugs, LSP Grimm’s. Oversized ship at $19 flat rate.

Drewart Campers , Jeeps and Big castle sets have a $40 shipping charge. We cannot ship these items to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico, please request a shipping quote if you are located in any of these cities.

Most of our orders are shipped USPS Priority and UPS and insured up to $100 by default.

If you have a missing shipment please let us know so we can guide you how to open a claim with the carrier, you are responsible for filing the claim but we will assist you to find a solution.

Happy Monkey Shop is not responsible for orders that are placed with an incorrect shipping address. if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address the customer is responsible for re-shipment charges.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that our system is not giving exact shipping quotes to overseas orders. Our system will give you a quote but we will confirm if there is an additional charge.

Our standard return period is 21 days from delivery date. You can return your product for store credit or a different product. We are not providing refunds at this time. We do not cover the shipping cost for returns and we do not reimburse initial shipping costs. If a different product is shipped, a shipping fee will be charged.

Sale items are final sale.

Preorders, special orders, gift cards, and sale items can not be returned or cancelled. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please use a carrier that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, we will send a code with your credit to be used any time in store or online.

Afterpay and Sezzle returns and order cancellations are subject to a 6% fee for shop credit. They both charge us 6% for any refunds or cancellations so this is just a pass through fee.
