We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $25.

Orders are typically shipped within two to four business days to the address provided. During times of high volume, such as after large releases or sales such as Holiday or Black Friday, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your order to ship.

Packages shipped via free standard shipping may ship DHL eCommerce, UPS Mail Innovations or UPS Surepost from our warehouse in Indiana. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by any mail carrier, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. While most packages will arrive on schedule, please keep in mind both weather and service related delays are always a possibility.

•UPS Overnight - once shipped should arrive within 1 business day (Monday-Friday)

•UPS 2nd Day Air - once shipped should arrive within 2 business days (Monday- Friday)

•UPS Ground - once shipped should arrive within 5 business days (Monday-Friday)

•Free Standard Shipping - once shipped should arrive within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday)

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a full refund or for store credit within 30 days as specified below: Please note that all pet accessories, international orders, sale items and discounts 25% or more are final sale.

Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, unworn, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.

Free return labels are available for store credit returns. Otherwise, a pre-paid label is available for $5.95 - the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. You may also ship your returns back to us using your own carrier. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Since our inventory changes on a daily basis, exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit so that you may make a new purchase for your replacement item(s).Return requests can be made here .
