Made on demand and pre-order items will arrive by the latest date indicated on the product page/your receipt at our standard shipping rate. Express shipping is not available on made on demand or pre-order items at this time.

Shipping Fees

Canada:

We offer a $12.50 flat rate shipping fee for all standard orders within Canada.

Returns from Canada are $15, exchanges are $10.

In the case of a return, both the original shipping fee and a $15 return fee are deducted from the refund total.

United States:

Standard shipping to the United States is $15 USD.

Returns from the United States are $25 USD, exchanges are $15.

In the case of a return, both the original shipping fee and a $25 return fee are deducted from the refund total.

International:

International shipping fees vary depending on country and will be calculated at checkout.

While we would love to be able to offer free shipping/returns, this is not something we are able to offer at this time. With the rising cost of shipping, we are doing our very best to offer you the most cost effective and efficient shipping options available. We appreciate your understanding.

Within Canada or the US, full priced items, including Made on Demand styles, are eligible for a refund to your original payment method if dropped off in the mail or returned to a studio within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges or store credit can be issued up to 21 days from the delivery date. After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. For overseas returns, please contact us . All bridal dresses must be returned by mail, no exceptions. After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind.

Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between December 2nd - 24th will have an extended exchange/return window. All returns and exchanges must be initiated and dropped in the mail, or brought into a studio location by January 14th 2026.

Sale items are eligible for store credit via an e-gift card or an exchange if dropped off in the mail or returned to a studio within 14 days from the delivery date. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. Sale items 55% off or higher are final sale and will be noted as such at checkout. All veils are final sale. Swatches are final sale.

Park & Fifth closely monitors returns to identify potential misuse of our items or abuse of our return policies. If the product is not returned clean, unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, with tags still attached, we reserve the right to refuse returns or to apply a restocking fee.

Exchanges

Online purchases at full price, including Made on Demand styles, can be exchanged for a different size, colour or style within 21 days of delivery for a shipping fee (see chart below). After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. Sale items are only available for exchange within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted a final sale. All veils and swatches are final sale. Subsequent exchanges on the same order will incur an additional shipping fee (see chart below).

When you make an exchange, we will place a hold on your credit card and have the new order shipped out right away via standard shipping. The hold will be released once the original item is sent back to us and processed by our team (this can take up to 10 business days once the item is delivered to us).

All tags must be attached, and garment bags must be returned.

•Items must be packaged securely in a shipping bag or box. Please do not ship solely in the interior compostable bag the dress arrives in as it's not suitable for shipping.

You must present a valid order number for the exchange to be authorized.

Returns

You can receive a refund to your original payment method for a full-priced item, including Made on Demand styles, if returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date or store credit via e-gift card if returned within 21 days of the delivery date. A return fee will be deducted from the refund amount (see chart below). Please note that we will not refund the original shipping fee. After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns of any kind. Sale and promotional items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted as final sale. All veils and swatches are final sale.
