1. Order Processing

We process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

After your order is processed, we'll email you a confirmation with your order details.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (free on qualifying orders): 3–5 business days.

Expedited Shipping : 1–2 business days (available at checkout).

International Shipping : 7–14 business days depending on destination.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Strategy

Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $40 .

For orders under $40 , a flat shipping rate of $5 will apply.

Expedited shipping: available at additional cost at checkout.

5. Order Tracking + Notifications

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number .

You can track your package directly using that number — we’ll send updates so you're never in the dark.

We may also send SMS updates if you opted in

6. Handling Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver in the timeframes listed above, delays can happen (e.g., due to weather, carrier issues, etc.).

If your order hasn't shipped within 3 business days or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe + 2 extra days , please reach out to us at [support@alphagripz.com] and we’ll help you sort it out.

7. International Orders

For international customers, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These are not included in the price or shipping cost — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking your country’s import policy before placing an order.

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and you have not contacted us, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Any items that have been lost, damaged or defective are eligible for a refund or replacement.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. (return address will be provided in support email)

Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

(It can take up to a 10 days before your refund is officially posted.)

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
