Shipping How we ship Our team ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed will typically ship the following business day. During our busy season (Thanksgiving-Christmas), your order may take 1-2 business days to be shipped. Any current shipping delays will be communicated at the top of the cart page. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information. Shipping carriers experience delays depending on the time of year or other circumstances. We will fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery times. Shipping address If you need to change your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible or email hello@littleflowersoap.com  with your order number and the correct address. Shipping cost Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the items, weight of the shipment, and carrier rates. You can view the shipping cost after entering your address information and selecting the shipping method in your cart before checkout. This cost is set by the carriers (USPS and UPS). Combining orders We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed. Refund policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@littleflowersoap.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: The Little Flower Soap Co 7228 Werkner Rd. Chelsea, MI 48118. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued within 5 business  days of the return package being scanned delivered to our address. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
