Return Window

You have 14 business days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us and we will guide you through the process. If the replacement item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
