Returns from Forte Fitness Equipment
All special-order items are final sale. All Special-order deposits will be non-refundable after 90 days. Returns may be made within 14 days of original purchase (a 15% restocking fee may apply). All returned products must be unused and in original packageTo start a return, you can contact us at info @fortefitnessequipment.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
