Next-day shipping on thousands of items

Next-day shipping for qualifying products is based on product availability and on the time of day the order is placed. Orders received by 2:00PM between Monday and Friday qualify for next-day shipping. Orders received after 2:00PM will ship on the next business day.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a “per order,” “per item” or “per pound” basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide.

Title to Products

Purchases of product through worldsafarishop.com are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier’s delivery to your ship-to address, and neither World Safari Shop nor its parent company, the World Books and Records LLC, is responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery

Shipping Timing

The product’s estimated arrival date depends on the shipping option selected during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose your estimated arrival date based on the estimates provided by the carrier. For example, World Safari Shop Priority Service is the exact USPS Priority Service.

Entering your shipping destination ZIP code can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. When that is the case, the estimated arrival date will be provided at checkout. If for some reason you don’t receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during your return and exchange time period.

P.O Boxes:

Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to a P.O Box address.

Free standard shipping on orders $100 and up.

On qualifying items, free shipping will be provided at checkout with all other shipping options. Based on your desired delivery time, your can choose to accept free shipping or can opt for another paid delivery option. All free shipping will ship by USPS Ground Service. The $100 order total is after coupons and before taxes.

Free 2-day shipping

2-day shipping is not available in all areas. Select items limited to free standard shipping at the time of purchase. Limitations apply, including extra days for shipping due constrained carrier capacity, the time of your order, your shipping location, select promotional periods and weather issues. Orders to P.O Boxes may result in additional shipping time.

Food and Beverage Not Returnable

Food and beverages are not returnable.

Return in back to us:

All merchandise to be returned requires prior authorization. Merchandise must be shipped using a prepaid label for credit. The issued store credit will be available for future use or exchanged with a product of equal price value. Return action must be initiated within 15 days upon receipt. Email customerservice@worldsafarishops.com.

Final sale and non-refundable items:

All final sale merchandise can NOT be returned. Items ordered and correctly filled may not be returned without prior authorization. If you think you have ordered a product that is different from what you intended to order, please email customerservice@worldsafarishops.com. Food products cannot be returned.

Like-new Condition:

Items must be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, dented, with marks, scratches or books with any writing marks will not be accepted.

How to return an item:

You will get a return free shipping if and only if you use our prepaid label. Upon return approval with an email notification, log in to your World Safari Shop account to locate your prepaid return shipping label. Print a prepaid shipping label and follow the return shipping directions provided. Returns made not using a prepaid label will be at shipper’s expense and will incur restocking fee as stated below.

Bundle discount and free items:

If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items:

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is NOT the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period. The exchange time period is 15 days from the day we receive confirmation from the delivery company that your order has been delivered. World Safari Shop will arrange for a replacement. Restocking Fee:

There is no restocking fee for authorized returned merchandise when returned using World Safari Shop prepaid shipping label. Merchandise returned without using prepaid labels will be assessed a restocking fee of $45.00.

Refund method and timing:

With a few exceptions, returns will be exchanged for store credit. In case of purchase of 5 items or more of same product, for example 5 copies of same version of Swahili bible, refund credit will be issued in the same way the purchase was made.
