SHIPPING POLICYThe cost to ship item or items that a user purchases through our service is calculated on a “per order,”“per item,” or “per pound” basis and is based on the shipping option the user selects at the time of purchase. Items will ship to the address designated by the user so long as such address is complete and complies with the shipping restrictions contained on the website. All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract and, as a result, risk of loss and title for the item passes to the user upon delivery of the item to the carrier.

Order processing time to shipping is 1-3 business days for items from our stores and local warehouses. Packages ship when the order is complete. Shipping time in business days (weekdays, not including holidays) after your order is processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: VAT, GST, AND CUSTOMS FEESThe receiver will be notified by the local mail system for collection of any duties or taxes charged by their government. Without Books takes responsibility for shipping the product and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

REFUND POLICYIf a user is not satisfied with their purchase from our service, the user may return such items within fourteen (14) days from the date of sale for a refund of the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to the user’s original form of payment. Returns will be handled by Past Forward via Ingram’s Consumer Direct Fulfillment (CDF) service.All items must be returned in its original condition; shrink-wrapped items must be unopened. Shipping fees will not be refunded. The packing slip in each user shipment has specific instructions for returns but is not a prepaid shipping label. Users will be required to arrange for and cover the costs of shipping returned items.

DAMAGES AND ISSUESPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMSWe cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
