We ship internationally. Shipments will originate from one of our warehouse locations depending on purchased items. For instance, Michael Kors, Coach, and Tory Burch products ship from our Florida, USA warehouse with shorter shipping times for US-based customers than merchandise shipped from the EU, Sweden, Italy, or Germany.

We have warehouses in locations across the globe. American-made products ( Michael Kors, Coach, and Tory Burch) are shipped from our warehouse in Florida, USA. All designer sunglasses and watches are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. D&G, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, and a few other brands are shipped from Sweden. And most Italian brands, such as Lamborghini, Versace, and Cavalli are shipped from our warehouse in Italy.

QiQi & Co. accepts returns on unworn clothing items that are in their original condition, with tags attached and packaged in clear garment packaging with the SKU label. We do not accept exchanges.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins on the day tracking shows the order as delivered. For split shipments, the return window begins once the final package has been delivered. Items must then be shipped back within 7 days of return approval to qualify for a full refund.

Returns received after the 7-day period will be rejected and returned to the original shipping address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs for returns due to a customer’s change of mind are the customer’s responsibility. All return packages must include an active tracking number.

For delivery times, we do not accept returns sent through local postal services. All returns must be shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please initiate the return process immediately by visiting the Returns and Cancellations link and following the prompts.

Return Conditions

Orders returned without meeting the requirements above may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout for the purchase amount including applicable taxes.

Please allow up to 8 business days after we receive your return for processing. Once your return has been processed, QiQi & Co. will send you a confirmation email. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
