DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Free shipping on U.S. orders $75.00 and over - excludes *bulky items.

$6.95 Flat rate standard shipping on all orders under $74.99 (Non refundable). Orders are processed in 3-5 business days - during high volume times such as sales, this may increase by 1-2 days. Approximately 2-8 days anticipated shipping time.

$9.95 Bulky shipping on items that are heavier/bulkier to ship (Non refundable).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to offer world wide shipping to our international customers. If your region is not available at checkout then exact shipping will be charged - please email thelittlekiwico@gmail.com with the items you would like to purchase and we will send you a shipping quote.

Australian and New Zealand customers - shipping to these countries is quite fluid at the moment due to shipping carriers changing their policies quite frequently. Your order will ship via Pirate Ship (if selected at checkout) USPS or via courier.

Please contact us prior to placing your order if it is time sensitive and we can send through a quote for expedited shipping.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PIRATE SHIP OPTION:

We do offer a cheaper shipping option for customers in Australia/New Zealand via Pirate Ship. Please note that this can take longer than regular USPS due to the fact that Pirate Ship uses commercial shipping partners.

Tracking will be provided however, this can take some time to update as it moves through their system. If you choose to select this cheaper shipping option, then please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Shipping times are completely out of the control of The Little Kiwi Co once dispatched.

Shipping time will be dependent on shipping location and varies from 7-21 business days - however, in some cases, shipping can take 6-8 weeks. This is beyond the control of The Little Kiwi Co - we will not refund orders that are in transit to destination and taking longer than expected to arrive.

The Little Kiwi Co uses USPS or couriers to ship all packages. Orders received on weekends or federal holidays will be processed within 72hours of the next business day. We do not guarantee shipping timeframes. There can be unforeseen issues (such as weather) outside of our control.

*BULKY ITEMS/INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER 2LBS IN WEIGHT

Due to the weight and dimensions of bulky items, free shipping is not available for domestic US orders and domestic bulky shipping rates apply.

For international orders, additional shipping charges will apply for orders 2lbs (1kg) and over*. You will be sent an invoice with the additional amount to be paid. We will refund your if this is not paid as we are unable to absorb the cost of international postage. Thank you for your understanding.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Once shipped, The Little Kiwi Co is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact USPS/Courier Company with any questions on lost or damaged packages. Please note; this also includes packages that are marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier. The quickest way to resolve this issue is for YOU to directly contact your local post office or the courier company and submit a "Missing Mail" request. They will then check with your local mail/delivery carrier and go from there. PLEASE do not contact us in regard to this as there is nothing we can do once a package is marked delivered. The Little Kiwi Co is unable to offer any replacements or refunds due to lost or damaged packages.

EXCHANGE POLICY

In order to receive an exchange, your items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, in original packaging (if applicable) and with the original tags attached.

We are happy to make ONE exchange per order - we do not allow unlimited exchanges per order. Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same item and will dependent on available inventory - we do not allow exchanges for a completely different item. Please note that we do not "hold" inventory unless an exchange is confirmed by providing us with tracking information to show that your item has been sent back. If you are wanting to exchange for a different item, then a store credit will be issued. Please note that exchanges cannot be made for Final Sale items - a list can be found below.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping back to The Little Kiwi Co AND for shipping your exchange out. We highly recommend that you ship using a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. The Little Kiwi Co is not responsible for any packages not received and/or any damaged packages. We do not accept c.o.d. packages.

Once The Little Kiwi Co has received your item(s) and inspected them we will process your exchange. Please allow up to 10 days upon receipt of your item(s).

Please note that all exchanges MUST be made within 14 days of delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION/RETURN POLICY

All order cancellations and returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. This is to cover the cost of the transaction fees we incur at the time you place your order - we are not able to recover these fees once the order is placed.

** ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO THE LITTLE KIWI CO WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR ORDER BEING DELIVERED. **

We will gladly accept most regular-priced merchandise for exchange, refund, or store credit provided that you return your items within 14 days of delivery for domestic orders. At this time, all international orders are Final Sale. In order to receive to exchange, refund or store credit, your items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, in orginal packagng (if applicable) and with the original tags attached.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged and are deemed Final Sale:

- Any item purchased with a discount of 15% or greater

- Swimwear and Underwear

- Tights, Socks, Footwear

- Headwear including but not limited to; hair clips, headbands and all hats

- Pacifier Clips, Teething Toys

- Stuffed Animals

- Tableware

- Mystery Bags

- Any other item that may present issues with hygiene.

Please note; this is a FIRM policy - if you return final sale items; you will not be refunded.

Preorders, presales and special orders are not eligible for cancellation, refunds or exchange. All sales are final.

In order to process your return we will require the information made at the point of sale - order number and/or name used to purchase. Without this information, we are unable to process your return and issue an exchange, refund or store credit. Exchanges will be subject to inventory availability. Please do not send back your return without this information - it can be found in your confirmation email.

Our Shipping cost is non refundable. The FULL cost of this will be deducted from your final refund unless the item is faulty, this includes those orders that received "Free Shipping". You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning your item .
