Roxy accepts returns of unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging included. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.Returns may take up to 5-7 days for processing once the package has been delivered.Please note that items sent back without a return packing slip may take longer to process. Packing slips are provided along with the return shipping label when you register your return on our Return Portal. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will not be accepted.
