All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout:

Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

During peak seasons (festival drops, holidays, major sales), orders may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience while we get everything packed and shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Rave Wonderland is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

🌎 International Shipping

International shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing.Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

To begin the return process, enter your order number and email address into the Return Portal below our Return Policy.

We have a strict 30-day return policy and returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date as stated in the tracking information.

•All Returns are issued as a one-time discount code and can only be applied on one order.

•RW does not cover the shipping cost for returns for US customers. International customers will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item(s).

•Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

•If the return is due to an error on our end (defective, damaged, wrong item, etc.), we will happily issue a full refund including the cost of shipping.

•For incorrect or defective items, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo. Plz don't wait a month to notify us!

•Returns are processed Wednesday through Friday and you should receive an email containing your e-gift card once your return has been processed.

•We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delayed by the carrier. Please keep an eye on the tracking of your package for delivery status! For any delivery issues or if your package is lost/stolen, please contact the respective carrier (USPS or FedEx).

CONDITIONS:

•Clearance items are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.

•For health and sanitary reasons, all masks are final sale.

•SHOES: Shoes must be unworn in order to return - any returned shoes with signs of wear (i.e. dirty soles) will not be accepted. The shoe box must be returned undamaged with the shoes inside.

•For hygienic reasons, all items must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged and brand new with all original tags attached or we will not accept it back. This includes but is not limited to visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.

•For hygienic reasons, face jewels, glitter, cosmetics, and opened hosiery will not be accepted as a return.

•Shipping fees will not be reimbursed if the return is denied. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost if they would like rejected items shipped back to them.

•Packages return to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that Rave Wonderland is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
