Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 100 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 100 days after the day you or someone on your behalf receives the goods.

How withdrawal works

If you choose to withdraw, you will be refunded all payments including delivery costs within 14 days of letting us know. We will use the same payment method you used when ordering. We may wait to refund you until we have received the returned item.

You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your decision. You are on time as long as the goods are shipped before the 14 day period ends.
