We can provide 2 person delivery of your furniture into your property to anywhere in mainland UK.

Delivery Options

•Deliveries are to be made within 14 days from purchase date unless otherwise discussed with us via Email.

•Within 24 hours of purchase you will receive a confirmation email with details on the next steps regarding your Delivery.

•You are responsible for making sure that either you or an adult (18 years or over) that is authorised to accept and sign for the delivery on your behalf, is available to accept and sign for the delivery.

•Deliveries will be made to the address given when ordered.

•If the item cannot be delivered or does not fit on delivery then this will be returned to Home Living Outlet. Any delivery costs incurred will not be refunded.

•Any steps that we take to assist with third party delivery companies will be in the capacity of an introducer. We don’t receive any commission from the delivery companies that we introduce you to and any issues arising in relation to delivery will be between you and the delivery company.

We have a 14-day return policy for items purchased online (some exclusions apply - see below), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Made to order Sofas from the Made to order ranges will be subject to a 30% Cancellation / Return fee. This will be deducted from any exchange or refund.
