Refund Policy – Timeless Media Box

At Timeless Media Box, every order involves custom handling, digitization, and preservation of personal media. Because of the personalized nature of our service, our refund policy differs from traditional retail products.

Order CancellationsOrders may be canceled for a full refund only if the media has not yet been received or processing has not begun. Once your items arrive at our facility or digitization work has started, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Refund EligibilityRefunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Your original media is lost or irreparably damaged while in our care.

The final digital files are significantly defective or unusable due to an error on our end.

We are unable to complete the digitization service for your submitted media.

Non-Refundable SituationsWe do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Dissatisfaction with the quality of the original media (e.g., poor condition of tapes, film degradation, low audio quality).

Issues inherent to aging or damaged source materials.

Completed services where digitization was performed as requested.

Delays caused by shipping carriers or factors outside our control.

Reprocessing GuaranteeIf you experience a technical issue with your digital files, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem or reprocess your media at no additional cost.

Shipping CostsShipping and handling fees are non-refundable once services have begun. Customers are responsible for inbound shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Contact UsIf you have any concerns about your order, please contact our support team at info@timelessmediabox.com within 7 days of receiving your digital files. We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@timelessmediabox.com.
