Justmylook offers free delivery on all UK orders over £25 via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. We offer free next-day delivery on all orders over £80 via Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

Royal Mail 24 is the only service that will be dispatched for next day delivery on a Sunday.

We have a variety of express services available.Royal Mail 48 Tracked: Orders placed before 6:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery takes 2 days, including Saturdays. This service is free for orders over £25, orders under £25 will be subject to a £2.99 delivery charge.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Orders placed before 10:00 pm Mon-Fri, before 2pm Saturday and before 12pm Sunday are dispatched the same day. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. This service is free for orders over £80. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £25.00 - £79.99, and £3.99 for orders under £25.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. The charge for this service is £5.99.

DPD: Orders placed before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next working day. The fee for this service is £5.99.

Republic of Ireland: We're sorry to inform our customers in Ireland that we have suspended shipping to the Republic of Ireland. Recent changes to legislation have made it impractical for us to continue offering reliable, cost-effective delivery to Irish addresses. We don't want our customers facing unexpected charges or delays at the border, so we've taken the decision to pause Irish deliveries until further notice.

We accept returns on all orders, as long as you notify us within 14 days of receipt that you're wanting to return your order. You then have a further 14 days to physically return the products.

For unwanted returns, products must be returned in their original, unopened and re-saleable condition, including all original manufacturer packaging, cable restraints, tags, protective materials and accessories. Removal or alteration of any manufacturer-applied packaging or presentation features, including cable restraints, may mean that the item can no longer be verified or sold as brand new and may therefore affect your refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered an incorrect item or the item is faulty. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit.

Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable. (This does not affect your statutory rights) If items are received back damaged, or missing items we are entitled to make a charge to cover the cost of this, and thus this may affect the amount credited to you. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving the item back. Please ensure that faulty items are returned in a clean condition. This will assist with the review process whilst also helping to ensure the health and safety of the return team completing the item review. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If we deliver an item in error or a damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning this to us if required. If you do receive a damaged item, please do not dispose of this without prior written confirmation from us as we may require it returned (at our expense). In the interests of hygiene, we are unable to exchange or refund any grooming, cosmetic or electrical products once the security or hygiene tag/seal has been removed, or if they show signs of use unless the items are faulty.
