Get Me Packaging™ Delivery Information Delivery is free of charge on orders over £100 + VAT and £9.95 + VAT on all orders under this value. All deliveries are made by a Get Me Packaging vehicle or by third party couriers.

Delivery and lead times We aim to process each order and despatch for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability), however If you do require guaranteed next day delivery then please contact us on 01246 488999 and we will try to accommodate your request. Orders placed before 1pm will be processed for delivery the next working day. If the product ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.

Delivery within mainland UK All orders will be despatched via a recorded delivery/courier service, same day usually or latest within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. This date is calculated from the receipt of an order from authorised accounts or from the receipt of full payment from non-account customers. All delivery times may be subject to factory lead times for machinery and special order spares. Our prices exclude delivery charges and VAT.

If you require delivery outside mainland UK or on a timed delivery service then please contact us on 01246 488999 or via email sales@getmepackaging.co.uk. This will enable us to provide the best value and most cost-effective delivery charge for your packaging materials and supplies.

Delivery charges within mainland UK excluding highlands and islands Standard next day parcel carriage £9.95 + VAT. The next day service is available for deliveries Monday - Friday only. If a Saturday delivery is required additional carriage charges will apply. Please contact us to obtain a price for this service.

Delivery charges outside mainland and UK Delivery arrangements and charges will be agreed with the customer before despatching of goods. Please contact us on 01246 488999 to obtain a quote. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders placed via the website for any delivery outside of the UK without notice.

Collection

Get Me Packaging does not have a trade counter but by prior arrangement, you can collect your order from us directly from our warehouse.

Website order cancellation before dispatch Please contact us on 01246 488999 to see it this is possible and if so a full refund will be offered only if the order has not been collected from us or any supplier we may use.

Does my parcel need to be signed for If no one will be available to sign for a parcel or delivery then you can attach alternative instructions on where to leave the goods. Please ensure this is secure as parcels are left at your own risk and we are governed by the terms of our agreements with the courier company and this is outside our control.

Returning A Product To Dan Packaging Ltd (t/a Get Me Packaging).

Your right to return goods applies only to our website products. We regret we are unable to accept returns for custom made or bespoke products that we have made specifically for you to your specification, except where we are at fault with documented evidence for any errors or omissions.

In these circumstances, we reserve the right to rectify a suitable replacement or remake the goods to your satisfaction. To return goods to us you must first contact us to obtain a Goods Returns Form.

All special order spare parts orders may have an increased restocking charge or be non returnable.

Goods returned to us without a completed Goods Returns Form are sent at your own risk & we accept no responsibility for any goods returned to us without the completed Goods Return Form.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.html Goods sold by us on this website are supplied in good faith. If however you order the wrong item, are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us at your own cost, and providing they are received by us in good condition (ie they have been handled with reasonable care), we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us and a 15% restocking fee will also apply with a refund processing time of 7 days

If any goods we supply arrive faulty or damaged, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 30 days of receiving delivery otherwise we will be bound by the supplying manufacturers warranty claim procedure.

Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged.
