ASHBURN™ Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once an order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier, it is considered fulfilled and can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping Methods for International Orders

ASHBURN™ ships orders using trusted international carriers and logistics partners including:

•4PX

•International postal carriers

•Regional courier services depending on destination

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Customer is responsible to add a secondary to receive package if being home is required

Shipping Time Estimates

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location

Typical estimated delivery times:

•United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

•Europe: 7–18 business days

•United States & International: 8–20 business days

Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volume.

Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email or through their order page.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking updates.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or are in transit.

If a cancellation request is made after the shipment has already been dispatched, the order must be delivered first and then returned according to our return policy.

Shipping Delays

Delivery delays can occur due to factors outside of ASHBURN™’s control, including:

•Customs inspections

•Carrier delays

•Weather conditions

•International logistics disruptions

ASHBURN™ is not responsible for delays once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

ASHBURN™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and tracking has been provided, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered, ASHBURN™ cannot guarantee replacement or refund unless the package is returned to us.

Returns

If a customer believes a purchase was made in error, items may be returned after delivery in accordance with our return policy. Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.

ASHBURN™ Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the intimate nature of our products. For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on adult toys, lingerie, bodysuits, cosplay items, or any items that have been opened, worn, or used.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number and clear photo evidence. If approved, resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Orders that are refused at delivery, returned to sender, or marked undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failure to claim the package, or customer refusal will be treated as final sale. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Reshipping fees may apply if the customer requests redelivery. Any refund issued in these cases is not guaranteed and may be reduced to account for shipping, handling, and restocking costs.

For U.S. orders, any approved return or resolution is handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers may be responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments due to high shipping costs, customs fees, and logistics. Orders refused due to customs duties or import taxes will not be refunded. Any approved exception will be handled at our discretion and typically offered as a partial refund or replacement only. Return shipping is not covered under any circumstance.

ASHBURN™ reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet these conditions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
