All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Gear and furniture may have longer processing time depending on inventory.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can u se to check its status. Please a llow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ashley@greenbeanbabyboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

All eligible items must be returned in their original packaging complete with tags and in new, unwashed/unworn condition within 30 days. Online purchases made by the original purchaser are available for a refund, while gift purchases are eligible for store credit only.

If returning an item from an online purchase, refunds will be given for the cost of the item/s only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Online purchases must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item.

Sale and gear (strollers, car seats, high chairs, furniture, carriers etc, and accessories) items are considered final sale and not eligible for return.
