What items are returnable?（eligible for returns）

•30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

•Defective items are fully returnable. Our products are made to order. Please note that orders with incorrect models, designs, or colors may not be returnable. We encourage you to get hold of customer service for available options.

How to print return label?

All the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer. Please email us any associated tracking number.

•If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Refund solutions

•Refund to your shopify store credit: There will be no handling fees.

•Refund to original payment method: There is $6.49 handling fee, for returns for a cash refund.

How soon will I get my refund?

•After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store credit is immediate..
