WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship from sunny Chico, CA on Monday-Friday. Depending on the shipping method selected, the processing time will vary. Orders usually process and ship within 48 hours, but could take longer during peak times, up to 3-5 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping (UPS 2 Day Air and UPS Next Day Air) are usually processed within 24 hours. Please allow for this time in addition to your estimated shipping time. We only ship to U.S. addresses, and cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. You will receive a separate email with tracking once your order ships. Orders are process and shipped during regular business hours, so processing and shipping times do not include nights, weekends or holidays.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be emailed the tracking number shortly after your order ships. To track your package, follow the tracking link in your email or input your tracking number into the carrier’s website.

CAN I SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS?

No, we do not ship directly outside of the United States as we have worldwide distributor partnerships. Please selecting the appropriate international site via drop down menu (top right location icon) for translated microsites, online partners, and retailers in those regions.

CAN I SHIP TO AN APO/FPO ADDRESS?

Unfortunately no, our shipping software does not allow us to ship to APO or FPO boxes. We are working on a fix for this!

HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?

We provide a shipping charge specific to your order based on the size and weight of the package, as well as your ship to location. To see what shipping charges will be for your order, add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. A shipping charge will be provided in the checkout process prior to the time when you submit your order for processing.

Standard shipments within the United States are usually sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Advantage, with additional rate compare options for expedited services. Depending on your order total and shipping address, various shipping options will be available during the online checkout process.

WILL I BE CHARGED US SALES TAX?

Klean Kanteen has to collect sales tax in many states, but rules and % vary by state.

If you purchased or received a product directly from kleankanteen.com and would like to return it within 30 days, we can issue you a refund. Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition and must be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect.

If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than kleankanteen.com, please go directly to the original place of purchase.

If You Received the Wrong Product

If you received the wrong product in your shipment, or are missing something from your order, please contact us direct at [email protected] . To expedite a resolution, please indicate your web order number (it’s a seven digit number on the invoice you received with your order), as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.

Returns Procedure

To process a non-warranty return, please click "Start Return" below. Returns take approximately 7-10 business days to process and do require a Return Authorization Form (if applicable). Return Authorization Forms are issued by email after we receive a request for return.
