Deliveries will be made via FedEx Ground, UPS, or by other common domestic carriers.

Do you ship worldwide?

No. At this time, City Lights SF does not ship worldwide.

What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands?

Additional shipping fees may apply for the locations listed above. Our Customer Service team will confirm any fees 24-48 hours after your order is placed and will not finalize your order until you accept the final terms. For orders to Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, please note that we will only be able to quote shipping costs. Local taxes and duties may still apply.

Will you ship to my PO Box?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APOs.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations on orders vary by item and by manufacturer. To request a cancellation, please contact 1-888-484-CITY (2489) or email us at cs@citylightssf.com. If the item has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. Items that are special order, made to order, and non-returnable items cannot not be cancelled. Cancellation requests may take 24-48 hours. If your order does ship before receiving confirmation, you may request a return authorization.

RETURNS

City Lights SF accepts general returns on most of our items within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is new, in uninstalled condition, and in its original packaging. Items that are special order, made to order, and non-returnable items cannot not be returned and will be noted on the product page.

Please note that any expedited shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.

To qualify for a general return, the item(s):

•Must be in resalable condition

•Must not have been installed or assembled

•Must be free from scratches and/or defects

•Must be in the original manufacturer's box and packaging

•Must not have any writing on the original packaging

•Must not be missing pieces

•Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout

Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been received and inspected. You are responsible for the return shipping cost of any item you return.

To initiate a return, click here to find your order and fill out a return/exchange form. Once your return request is approved, you'll be sent return label & documents as well as instruction.

Restocking fees may apply and can vary depending on the brand and the item. Some manufacturers charge restocking fees on returned or exchanged items. City Lights SF works with all our partner brands to offer you the best possible return/exchange terms.

DAMAGES

Upon delivery, be sure to inspect your item(s) for damages. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please refuse delivery upon inspection. Contact us immediately at 1-888-484-CITY (2489) or email us at cs@citylightssf.com so that the replacement item can be ordered and shipped as soon as possible.

If the damage was discovered after the shipment arrived, you have 72 hours to call 1-888-484-CITY (2489) or email us at cs@citylightssf.com to set up a claim. Be sure to take pictures and please do not send back the item without contacting us first.

DEFECTIVE | MISSING

We work closely with our partner brands to ensure that quality control and inspection procedures are in place. However, sometimes defects occur. Defective items, missing parts, or other issues are handled differently than damaged items. If the item received is defective, the wrong item was sent, or an item is missing, please call 1-888-484-CITY (2489) or email us immediately at cs@citylightssf.com so that the replacement item can be ordered and shipped as soon as possible. Please do not send back the item without contacting us first.

If the defective item can be remedied with a replacement part and the customer chooses to return the defective item, shipping and shipping costs will be handled by customer.

City Lights SF is not responsible for any labor costs related to handling, installing, or uninstalling the item.
