Orders are shipped within 2 working days. Pre-Orders are Shipped +/- 3 days within the estimated shipping date as stated in the product description below.

How to follow your order*

A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we dispatch your order. Use that link to follow your order.

Delivery time*

L' Package will be dispatched within 1-2 workdays after you have placed your order. You will then receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched. By Regular Shipping L' Package should arrive within 1-2 days after shipping is confirmed. By Express Shipping L' Package will arrive on the Same Day if it is a domestic order.

Delivery status*

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quick as possible. The latest 30 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods and public holidays.

If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 14 days after having received your purchase. To return an order please contact support@lorigin3.com and await our return confirmation and shipping details.

Pre-Order or Special OrderItems marked with "*": Are Pre-Order or Special order items and cannot be returned as these items are specially made for you. These items can be exchanged for another size or a coupon. Note coupons cannot be used to pre-order items.

SaleItems bought in Sale or with a Discount Coupon can also not be returned but exchanged for a Gift-Card containing the same amount or another item if in stock.

When received, you can return your order by the following procedure: Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria: Place the product in a shipping box or plastic shipping bag. Hats and caps must be returned in a box so they do not get squashed out of shape. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product or e-mail it to: support@lorigin3.com . Write RETURN on the package to ensure a faster expedition. The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches L'ORIGINE and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation.
