SENDING YOUR PURCHASE AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE?

If your order is being shipped to a different address from your billing address, we would have to confirm the "ship-to" location before the order can be processed.

RETURNS OF BREWING EQUIPMENT AND HARDWARE ITEMS

Please call our customer service center at 1-888-726-3333 for a return authorization before returning your brewing equipment and or any other hardware items. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept or process any returns without an authorization. Items may be returned for a refund provided that:

The item is returned within 15 days from date of delivery

A copy of the original sales receipt and proof of payment is presented

The merchandise has not been used and is returned in the original package along with all packaging materials, accessories and manuals

The product has not been damaged in any way

The item may be defective from the manufacturer*

In the event of the item being "defective" from the manufacturer, Java Works Coffee will contact the manufacturer and obtain return instructions from the manufacturer.

Items that have been opened, used, and do not have the original packaging will not be accepted.

The item(s) are to be returned to Java Works Coffee head office at 1080 Stacey Court, Mississauga, Ontario, L4W 2X8 by the purchaser and at the purchaser's expense. It is advisable that if the items are being returned by a courier service, then insurance coverage is to be added to your shipment since the item(s) is officially the property of the purchaser.

Java Works Coffee reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. The cost of the original shipping amount will be deducted from the return amount even if your purchase had qualified for free shipping.

Please allow up to 10 days, for your return item to be inspected and for your refund to be processed.
