Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not includeweekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

In general the provided shipping time from the shipping companies are taken from their websites:

Royal Mail - UK Mainland

1st Class 1-2 Working days (not guaranteed)

Special Delivery by 4pm next working if order is shipped by 3pm. This may vary based on the date/time that your order was received.

Royal Mail International

Europe- Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg the aim is 3-5 working days

Worldwide the aim is 5-7 working days.

International Tracked & Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East - parcels to these countries are are only tracked until handed over to your local postal services.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at dee@lmgifts.co.uk . If your return is accepted, the cost of the return will be your responsibility, we’ll send you instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at dee@lmgifts.co.uk .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders and all items from gift store as these are all personalised. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
