Please carefully inspect to allow complete examination for any damage or defect. Immediately contact Masaya & Company customer service if you find either shipping damage or manufacturing defect. We will likely ask that you photograph the damage and email a picture to us.

Returns

Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected promptly. Appropriate refunds, credits or exchanges will be made for the item purchase price only.
