MAGNOLIA BABY RETURN POLICY

At Magnolia Baby, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date.

Here’s how it works:

Items must be in new, unused condition. All original tags should be attached, and items should be unwashed, unworn, and free of stains, makeup, pet hair, or odors.

We accept returns within 14 days after the date of delivery. Deeply discounted items are final sale, and this is noted on the product page.

Important Notes:

Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1–2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges: Exchanges are typically processed faster than refunds. Once your returned item is received, a new item will be shipped to you with expedited shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
