Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours (excluding holidays).

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods (like holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Please note: once your order ships, it may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear as carriers receive and scan packages.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

Standard Shipping: 7–11 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page.

Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise noted.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to guarantee changes once an order has been placed.

Hedley & Bennett is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Hedley & Bennett is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

•Check with neighbors or your building

•Contact the carrier directly

Apron Squad Guarantee

We stand behind everything we make and want you to love your apron as much as we do! If you are not fully satisfied with one of our products at the time that you receive it, you may return it to us for a repair, replacement or refund within 30 days* using the label provided in the box.

*Custom Orders (including embroideries) are not returnable.

Repairs

We will repair anything that appears to have failed under normal use such as weak stitching or broken hardware. We are happy to provide these repairs free of charge.

We do not repair damage due to normal wear and tear or damage not caused by malfunction. For example, we do not repair discoloration of fabric due to chemical spills, oil or ink pens. Damage due to washing your fabric incorrectly (high heat) will not be repaired either.

Please wash all aprons before sending them for repair!

Strap Change Promise

Our straps are made of 100% cotton webbing. Over time they may wear down. If this happens the apron can be sent back to change out the straps. This promise is guaranteed for a period of 2 years after purchase.

Who Pays For Shipping?

You ship us your product for any necessary repairs and we pay for the shipping to send it back! Your product(s) will be returned via ground shipping.
