✅ Defects

If you discover a fault with your item(s), please email us at hello@sniffandbark.com.co with clear images of the defect. We’ll respond promptly and work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

🔁 Exchanges

To request an exchange, email us at hello@sniffandbark.com.co with your order details. Our team will assess your request and assist accordingly.

Note: We do not accept exchanges for engraved collars or personalized items.

🔄 Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy . You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, contact us at hello@sniffandbark.com.co . If accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions.

Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using registered and traceable shipping services. Sniff & Bark Inc. is not liable for items lost in transit.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized or custom items (e.g., engraved collars)

Sale items

Gift cards

Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

🌍 European Union: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union , you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days , for any reason and without justification.

The item must be:

Unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

Returned with proof of purchase

💳 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days .

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at hello@sniffandbark.com.co .

📦 Return Address

All return packages must be sent to the address provided in your return confirmation email. Please do not send returns without first contacting us.
