Shipping Policy — Wiccan Center

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET may be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Flat rates shown at checkout represent typical shipping costs; final charges are determined by the carrier based on actual package weight and destination.

Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after shipment Express delivery: 1–3 business days

Products ship directly from trusted suppliers; transit times may vary.

Supplier Shipping Restrictions Some products in our catalog are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and may have specific shipping limitations. Please note the following:

Wyspell-fulfilled products ship to US addresses only and are not available for international delivery. Free shipping applies to Wyspell-fulfilled orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 are subject to a flat rate of $7.59 (tarot) or $12.00 (kits).

Heavy & Oversized Items: Certain large or heavy items (such as singing bowls, gongs, and similar instruments) ship to US domestic addresses only and are not available for international shipping. These items may have additional shipping charges calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. If your cart contains a heavy or oversized item, international shipping will not be available for that product.

If your cart contains supplier-restricted items, international shipping will not be available for those products.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. Flat rates shown at checkout represent typical shipping costs; final charges are determined by the carrier based on actual package weight and destination. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after shipment.

European Union Shipping Orders shipped to EU countries are fulfilled via DHL Express. Estimated delivery times for EU destinations are 5–10 business days after shipment. All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

EU customers have the right to cancel their order before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, your 14-day right of withdrawal applies upon delivery — please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details.

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, if we are unable to deliver your order within the agreed or estimated timeframe, you have the right to request cancellation and a full refund.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. For select international shipments via DHL Express, prepaid duty options may be available at checkout. Wiccan Center has no control over any additional customs charges.

Note for EU customers: Since Wiccan Center is based in the United States, your order is an import into the EU and may be subject to VAT and customs duties upon arrival. These are collected by the carrier or customs authority and are your responsibility as the recipient. We will clearly indicate at checkout that additional charges may apply.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Wiccan Center is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, which is outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact admin@wiccancenter.com and we will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment. Wiccan Center is not liable for packages lost or delayed by the carrier or customs authorities.

EU customers: if your order is lost in transit, please contact us at admin@wiccancenter.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

At Wiccan Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before making a return request.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, please visit our dedicated EU Right of Withdrawal page for full details on your cancellation and return rights under EU Directive 2023/2673.

Returns We accept returns on new, unopened items in their original packaging. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at the time of your return request and we will confirm the applicable window for your specific item.

Restocking Fee We do not charge a restocking fee. Some supplier-fulfilled items may be subject to the supplier's own return handling conditions, which we will confirm at the time of your return request. This will always be disclosed before you complete your return.

Refund Processing Time Once your return is received and approved, refund processing times vary by supplier and typically range from 5 to 14 business days. You will be notified once your refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all general returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos. Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be coordinated through the supplier. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Wiccan Center does not cover duties, taxes, or customs fees on returned international shipments.

Exchanges We accept exchanges at our discretion. To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order for the replacement. Exchange eligibility follows the same timeframe as our return policy.

Condition of Returned Items All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Restocking fees and return shipping costs do not apply to defective or damaged items.

Supplier-Specific Return Exceptions Some products in our catalog are fulfilled by independent supplier partners who maintain their own return policies. Please note the following exceptions:

Books (BooksCloud): Returns are accepted only if the book arrives damaged or the wrong title is received. We do not accept returns on books for any other reason. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if your book arrives damaged.

Heavy & Oversized Items (e.g., gongs, singing bowls): These items are final sale and not eligible for return due to the cost and complexity of return shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.

Shopify Collective Supplier Products: Items fulfilled by our independent maker partners may be subject to that supplier's individual return policy. We will confirm the applicable policy at the time of your return request.

Kreateur Miami: All sales of Kreateur Miami products are final. These items are not eligible for return or exchange. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.

How to Start a Return You can request a return or cancellation directly from your account — log in to your account and go to your order history to get started. You can also email us at admin@wiccancenter.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
