Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed within the next 2 business days.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

PinkBlush is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim if your package is missing.

PinkBlush Maternity shipping rates are based off your order sub-total (pre-tax and shipping). Based on your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Shipping rates paid at the time of checkout are non-refundable. We offer USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class, USPS Express Mail, UPS 2 Day, UPS Next Day and UPS Ground for domestic orders, and USPS Standard, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Express Mail for International customers. The shipping rates and estimated delivery times for our maternity clothes are shown in the table below.

We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after the 30 days will not be accepted. All U.S. returns are eligible for FREE return shipping when Shipping Protection + Free Returns is purchased at checkout for $3.98. (Note: We are not able to retroactively add Shipping Protection + Free Returns once an order has been processed). When shipped via a PinkBlush pre-paid label without Shipping Protection + Free Returns, a $8 fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of PinkBlush Store Credit, via eGift Card. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

All items will be inspected upon arrival and must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered and with all original tags attached to the garment. Items returned with obvious use, pet dander, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.

•Items that have been washed, worn, or are without tags.

Refund Methods + Exchanges

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment or in the form of PinkBlush Store Credit, via eGift Card. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

PinkBlush Store Credit, via eGift Card -If you choose to receive your refund via PinkBlush Store Credit, you will receive an email with your PinkBlush eGift Card within 3-5 business days after your package is received. If you are returning items that were paid for using an existing PinkBlush eGift Card, you will be issued a new PinkBlush eGift Card with an updated balance. NOTE: PinkBlush eGift Card balances cannot be transferred to credit cards or to any other methods of payment (Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Paypal, etc).

Original Method of Payment - You will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days after your package is received.

Combined Payment Method (PinkBlush eGift Card + Other Payment Methods) -If you used a PinkBlush eGift Card combined with another payment method, we will first refund the total amount charged to the alternate form of payment. The remaining balance will be returned to you via your original PinkBlush eGift Card.

Exchanges -At this time we are only able to offer exchanges for the same item and same color in a different size. Exchanges are offered for all returns based on inventory availability and will be offered at the time of return submission. Exchanges through Loop are currently only available on U.S. orders and will be shipped via Standard Shipping.

Excessive Return Policy

PinkBlush reserves the right to limit or refuse service to customers that show excessive return activity, which is defined as:

•Customer’s lifetime order value exceeds $2,000 combined with a return rate of 80% or more.

Return rate is calculated as the dollar amount of returns divided by the dollar amount of purchases over the same period. Customers that fall within the above criteria will be subject to a modified return policy, which may include but is not limited to, store credit only for returns, ineligibility for free returns, refusal of orders, and charge a restocking fee for returns.
