Every Southern Exchange order is proudly shipped directly from our store in Statesboro, GA and comes directly out of store inventory.

WHEN WILL ORDERS SHIP?

Every order we receive is important to us and our goal is to do everything in our power to ship the same day we receive your order. Most orders received before 12pm will be shipped the same day depending on the pick up schedules of UPS or USPS. If you have a special request or simply must get a package out the same day please call the store at 912-225-3093 or email us at customerservice@southernexchangecompany.com and we’ll do everything in our power to insure your shipping needs are met.

HOW WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?

Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS and you will have multiple choices upon checkout depending on how quickly you need to ship.

Orders that fall under the “Free Shipping” guidelines will ship at the carrier discretion of Southern Exchange Company and will ship using standard shipping methods. If you need an alternate method of shipping you will have the option to choose and pay for an alternative at checkout.

WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?

Southern Exchange does everything within its power to ship faster than any online retailer. That being said we do not have control of the speed that your order may arrive. Once your package leaves our store and is in the hands of USPS or UPS we can only track and determine where it is in their system.

A general rule of thumb is that packages shipped within the state of Georgia will arrive by UPS in 1-2 days or by USPS in 2-3 days.

At Southern Exchange Company our ultimate goal to ensure a great customer experience with every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a refund up to 90 days after the initial purchase. Returns must be in their original, sellable condition in their original packaging (if applicable) with tags still attached. We will not accept clothing that has been washed, worn, or damaged through misuse.

Returns and Exchanges MUST include the following information in order to be processed:

Order Number

•Shipping Address for exchanges.

•Size or Style you would like in return for exchanges.

•Indication if item is to be refunded.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to the payment method associated with the order. Please note that depending on your credit card company, credits may take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your account. This time frame is out of our control and depends on the bank that issued your credit card.

EXCHANGES

We understand that you may need to exchange your purchase for a different size or item. Simply ship your item back to us and include the information listed above using the carrier of your choice. Once your item has been received and inspected, your exchange will be shipped back out at our expense.

ERRORS OR DEFECTS

We will make every effort to ensure your order is packed correctly and free of any defects. However, if upon receipt you discover an incorrect item, size, style or defective merchandise please let us know right away so we can correct our mistake. Send an email to customerservice@southernexchangecompany.com , include your order number and the problem you have. We will email you a prepaid return label and ship out the correct item at no additional cost to you.
