The Shop Forestry & Supply fulfills orders on a usual basis Monday-Friday. The Shop always strides to complete processing for all orders in 48 hours but there are occasions where the processing will be longer dependent on quantity of orders placed in facility. If your order is placed after 12 pm the order processing would start the next business day. Please note: The Shop Forestry & Supply will always try to find the most updated information on your order if you have concerns but ultimately once your package is handed off to your preferred shipping method, we do not have control on your shipping time or package delivery issues. These issues should be followed up by the preferred shipment method used for any questions regarding status, delivery, shipment time etc.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

New products purchased from The Shop Forestry & Supply need to have original tags attached, unopened/unbroken seal and a receipt to submit a return for refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

•The return must be handled within 30 days of purchase for refunds, or for exchanges.

•The returned merchandise must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, like new in original resalable condition.

•The merchandise must be in the original packaging or box, with tags and product info included.

NOTE: For safety reasons, we follow industry standards with respect to Climbing gear, work boots and chainsaw equipment. We cannot accept returns of climbing gear/protection, ropes, webbing/cord, harnesses, boots, chaps, and aftermarket chainsaw parts. -- all sales are FINAL on these items.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Many of the products we sell come with limited or lifetime warranties. Check the website for the brand that makes the product to determine the warranty and return policy. Some brands prefer to handle damaged or defective items themselves, while others prefer the customer to return the item where purchased. If you have a warranty issue with a product purchased from in our stores, you can either bring it into our store, or return it directly to the manufacturer.
