Delivery is free with all UK mainland orders placed before 3pm, and is delivered on the next working day between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our main courier is DPD. In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of the date of delivery in order for us to arrange a replacement. Warranties issued by the manufacturer and ourselves concerning faulty or damaged goods do not in any way exclude the statutory rights of the customer under the Sale of Goods Act. We will in turn be responsible for the shipping costs to you if the goods are faulty during this period.

We aim to deliver goods to mainland UK destinations on the next working day using our nominated courier once we have dispatched them. However, we cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time quoted for that item, please contact us . We will endeavour to inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. We will try to ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid so long as the goods are awaiting dispatch by ourselves.

Although we hope you'll love your new items, we understand that you may wish to return goods to us, so we've made our Returns Policy simple and easy to use.

Once our courier has picked up the goods, it can take 1-3 days for them to arrive back at our warehouse. Then, our returns department processes the goods, and the details will be passed through to our Accounts Department, who will refund your card. Or, if you paid through PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited. Due to the banking process, it can take 3-5 days for the funds to appear in your account.

You’ll receive a courtesy email once your refund has been completed, confirming that your refund has been processed.
