Non-Returnable Items

•Digital downloads or gift cards.

Return Process

•Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

•Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds

•Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

•Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
