Returns from Infinity Cable Products
Please call our Sales Department at (310) 327-7678 to be issued an Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the box(s). Ship all returns freight pre-paid to us at 641 E. Walnut St. Carson, CA 90746. Infinity Cable Products will pay return freight only if the returns are due to defect, damage or our error. Upon return of the RA, we will either repair, replace, refund or issue a credit to your account. Products returned for reasons other than defect, damage or our error will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Custom manufactured products are not returnable for reasons other than those stated above.
