For orders placed prior to 2pm (UK time), Fibrenet will endeavour to ship the same day, assuming the items are in stock. We will update the customer with either shipping details and tracking at that point or contact the customer with detail as to why the goods have not been shipped and when they are due to ship.

Fibrenet uses UPS as it's courier of choice for both domestic and international shipments.

UKUK mainland orders will be shipped on a FREE next working day UPS service, based on a minimum order value of £50. You may also choose, if required, a pre-noon delivery at the Fibrenet UPS rate shown. For Saturday or early morning over night deliveries, please contact us - we will help wherever possible.

Fibrenet Products Warranty

Fibrenet offers a 5 year warranty on all Fibrenet branded products from date of purchase. This covers the original purchaser, for as long as the product is still manufactured by Fibrenet, against material and manufacturing defects.

Fibrenet Returns Policy

On unopened online orders, we offer a 30-day returns period. If you would like to return your order, please contact the Fibrenet team on either email@fibrenet.co.uk or +44 (0)1666 715 715, prior to returning any goods and we will be happy to assist you with the returns process.

If a customer receives the wrong goods or of any discrepancies in their order, they must notify Fibrenet within 2 days of receipt of the items.

In the event that you believe have received the wrong goods, the goods have been damaged in transit or you have another problem, we would first ask you to discuss these issues by contacting the Fibrenet team on either email@fibrenet.co.uk or +44 (0)1666 715 715, prior to returning any goods.

All being well, we will issue you with an RMA number which must be clearly displayed on the outside of any packaging when returning the goods. Do not return any goods until you have this RMA number.

Customers must return any goods that they wish to return in their original state together with all packaging, accessories, paperwork and other documentation that came with the goods. Customers should securely repackage the goods and ensure that the RMA number and Fibrenet’s full postal address is clearly visible on the outer packaging. Tracking for the package should be shared to email@fibrenet.co.uk .

Customers should note that the cost of, and responsibility for returning any goods, shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise discussed.
